It was a beautiful resort. They clean the sargassum often, very attentive, the pool was clean, and the drinks weren’t watered down. I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant on site, Hakka, as their food was delicious. I loved our stay!

The hotel is outdated but the steps distance to the beach compensated the building outdated condition. The staff was friendly and meals were good. I really love the exceptional warmth and care of the staff at this hotel. The room was a little more rustic than I expected, but the space and views were exceptional. Because it was just my sister and I on this trip, I think it would’ve been great to have more activities like karaoke, dancing, etc. Aside from that, it was really a beautiful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved this place, would definitely be back over and over again. Very pinteresty, clean and amazingly kind staff. The size of the resort is cozy and u get comfortable with the guests easily. Soo close to the airport as well!! The food was also great, many options and different restaurants with different cuisines. Did not feel any discomfort at all, especially as a hijabi. Perfect balance between beach and pool. Literally nothing bad to say at all. The oceanfront junior suite was lovely to stay in <3

I thought this hotel was good if you prefer a relaxed, casual, and restful place with great amenities and beach access. The staff was helpful and kind. We got the all-inclusive package, and everything was great, food, spa. It is not your huge resort with tons of people and noise. Just right in my opinion, very elegant and beautiful views. My only thing was that the room service menu is not the same as the restaurant menu and has limited offerings, for restaurant items you have to physically go to the restaurant. Also they did not offer a shuttle to the airport which most other hotels/resorts offer. I plan on returning soon!
