Hotel is ideal for families with small children. Pool is not too big which is a good thing for smaller children but unfortunately closes at 8 everyday. Kids pool was smaller than what I thought and secluded from rest of the hotel. Food was good but not too many options. Staff was very nice and hotel was clean at all times. Overall was a good stay!

We had such a wonderful experience at Park Royal Beach Cancún! From the beautiful location to the friendly staff, our stay was truly memorable. One of the highlights of our trip was definitely the service at the Veranda restaurant. Amalio and his team were absolutely amazing — always kind, attentive, welcoming, and ready to make our meals special. Their hospitality genuinely made a difference in our experience, and they deserve special recognition for the incredible service they provide. We traveled as a family and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We’re leaving Cancún with beautiful memories and are very grateful to everyone who helped make our vacation so special. Thank you, Park Royal Beach Cancún, and an extra special thank you to Amalio and the entire Veranda team! We would absolutely recommend this resort and would love to come back someday. 🌴☀️🇲🇽

The water in the main pool looked like swamp water filthy and overcrowded; I couldn't use it once during my five day stay because I was afraid of getting sick. I reported the issue every day, but it never improved. It was terrible; I wish good luck to anyone else who goes there. The buffet staff were great, especially Félix; the staff at the main front desk could be a bit better being friendlier, would be great.

This property is very run down and the family pool is very small and at any given time of our stay it was fully packed with guests and often very intoxicated guests will be splashing around.The family pool looks unclean while the adult pool looks fine. Bar tenders and service staff are usually more attentive if you speak Spanish. Food was okay but repetitive. The kids club was very run down and had an odor ab The great thing about this property was that it was right on the beach and located opposite a luxury mall with quite a few restaurants and things to do. The maintenance and cleaning staff were wonderful and the rooms were very clean and lovely.

Room was just clean, barely. Room service and maid service was poor. Call after call and couldn’t get items delivered to our room. Drinks were never replaced. Eventually had to go to the lobby just to get coffee for our room. Waiters and bartenders were fantastic. Can’t say enough good things about them. Food was average at best at the buffet. Could only eat a few items. The restaurant had some good choices and the food was much better. The main pool was green everyday. Didn’t go in it. Checking in took about 20 minutes, quite the process don’t now why. Our kids did love the water park though. Just an “ok” experience, we will not be going back.

We had a family reunion (6 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids). We loved the welcoming and friendly staff. The beach was beautiful albeit the seaweeds. ( Although it was raked and managed daily). The hotel was spotless and the rooms were cleaned daily. We had clean, fresh beach towels daily. Although we were different in age, everyone was able to enjoy the activities prepared by the entertainment staff. We enjoyed a Michael Jackson show as well as a fire show. The food was very varied and every night there was a themed- food ( Italian, Asian, Mexican, etc). The other attraction was a beautiful mall right across the street. The road was busy though and we had to be careful crossing it. It was money well spent and we will come again in a heartbeat.
