"The cleanliness was on point! Rooms were spacious. The breakfast buffet had a big selection, however the turkey bacon was stacked up in a huge pan and put in the oven. It looked like boiled turkey bacon. Not very appealing with it not being fried "

"This was a great place to stay for a few days in Toronto - one of the more affordable options in the heart of the city. The staff here were kind and helpful and the complimentary breakfast buffet was tasty. "

"The room was awesome and the hotel actually smelled great. I was very excited to stay here but the front desk staff really annoyed me. There was a large family checking in at the same time as I did, I arrived to the hotel at 3:10pm knowing that check in is 4pm. I asked if I could get in any earlier, and the girls at the front said they would check if that would be possible, they never actually checked, and then deliberately didn’t check me in until after 4pm. I’m not upset about not getting in early, but I do feel super disrespected by the way the staff behaved. My daughter was sick, and I told them that. I wish they could have at least got me in on time. The girls were really unkind. The cleaning staff was delightful, and other front desk staff seemed pleasant. In terms of the hotel location, it was close enough to CN Tower and Scotia Bank Arena, and the suite was well maintained, it’s a newer hotel. "
