"The hotel was excellent for our short trip to Pennsylvania. A special shout out to the very nice and helpful breakfast staff. This hotel had EV chargers. What a wonderful addition. It was so great to leave the hotel with a full charge, and I will stay at hotels with this benefit as much as possible in the future."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. However upon arrival we arrived pretty late at 2a.m we went to our room and noticed the bathroom were gross , pubes in our shower and just disgusting. Then ourselves and our children were woken up multiple times throughout the night by the ac system which made loud knocking noises all night. When I went to the front desk they did help me and gave me a new room. So we transferred everything over to the new room for our second night. The room wasn’t any cleaner but the ac was atleast quiet. But now our shower didn’t work at all. This was definitely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Even though they staff were kind and friendly this hotel is trash and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no body wash provided in the room, which was an inconvenience that should have been addressed before guests checked in. I reported the issue to staff not once, but twice during my stay, and nothing was ever done to resolve it. Being ignored after bringing up a simple request multiple times was extremely frustrating. The noise level was also unacceptable. The neighboring guests were extremely loud, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there seemed to be little to no staff presence to address the issue. Another major concern was the lack of management and employees available. The front desk was frequently unattended, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. When I did ask for help connecting devices to the TV and internet, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest seeking basic assistance and was made to feel like I was stupid for asking for help. To make matters worse, the elevator had a strong odor that smelled like urine throughout my stay. It gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor responsiveness, cleanliness issues, and failure to provide a comfortable stay left a very negative impression. Between being ignored when reporting problems, the constant noise, and the unpleasant conditions."

"Just your basic downtown Harrisburg PA hotel, very mid. Nothing went wrong, the front desk staff and valet were professional. It's just an old hotel and not in the classic way. The bathroom was small but was newly remodeled -- that was the best part of the room. Friendly advice -- the thermostat on the hotel water heater could be trimmed at 180F instead of letting it go all the way up to 212F. The hotel restaurant was dim and antiquated, the food and service was acceptable."
