The line for the elevator was very long and busy, and we had to keep waiting in it because of our key cards. When we asked for a new comforter, we got one but had to make the bed ourselves. All the linens had holes in them, from pillowcases to sheets, and we paid so much for the location. The rooftop bar was wonderful, and I loved the NA wine on the menu. The valet staff and concierge were kind and helpful. "

"Definitely didn't end up staying and had to lose money because they wouldn't refund us. It was not a safe place for children. The parking garage is like a block away in the sketchy part of Down town. I couldn't imagine staying so we didn't. I wouldn't have been able to sleep because it was scary location and outside there was a bunch of homeless and gang members. "

"Smooth check-in, comfortable clean bed, easy checkout. There were a few elevators down and the hotel was possibly completely booked - very long wait in the morning to get an elevator down so we took the stairs from 10th floor."
