"We were welcomed very warmly by Faith, excellent customer service. 2 small complaints, I found the pillows not comfortable and the coffee in the morning was not very good. The breakfast and the breakfast lady were both good. Our first time in Bangor and enjoyed staying at the Country Inn at the Mall"

"My room was very clean, which is one of the most important things to me. Staff was very friendly. Property was a little worn, a little bit of paint peeling but didn’t have a musty or bad smell. We ate at the adjoining restaurant which was very good. All in all we had an excellent day and would stay there again!"

"Checkin was like an interrogation. I was asked for ID for myself and for my partner. The desk clerk photocopied my drivers license as well as my partner's. She asked for my email address and phone number, again because she said that she doesn't hget any of that information from Hotels.com. My reservation was already prepaid through Hotels.com so it shouldn't have been an issue. The property was old but one thing that was concerning was that the tub floor was filthy with black grease-like appearance. The toilet worked but was a very slow flush as if the drain was plugged. I doubt that I will ever stay there again."

"for a "pick up" breakfast there were lots of choices. It had better options than other cold breakfast offerings at other hotels. Staff was very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Mattresses were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay."
