"Excellence Suite was ideal. The facility was clean and well taken care of. I had a perfect room with a small balcony. And supplies were always replenished. The location is perfect - a short walk away from the top of the Spanish Steps and close to stores and transportation. I wholeheartedly recommend it."

Also, the staff spoke English, so communicating was not an issue. We booked a room with a terrace, it was extremely clean and the veiw was outstanding. The staff are the icing to the cake since the hotel’s walking distance to popular sites, shopping and restaurants sells itself. Would suggest the addition of face towels and bar soap to bathroom amenities."

"This hotel is lovely with excellent service! The room is small and it’s a bit off the beaten path but that didn’t take away from the charm at all. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays. I would stay there again and I would highly recommend."
