"Great all around! Location, staff, room size."

"The hotel touts itself as family run, and indeed they made us feel part of their family. The front desk staff was super helpful offering suggestions to eat and directions on how to get to various highlights in Venice. The location is easy to access and convenient to just about anything. Breakfast was included, and while more European based, we had no issues with the food provided. I would note while there is an elevator to some of the rooms, others will require using the stairs, which may cause issues with people with mobility issues. That being said, they will make every effort to keep you comfortable and happy. Based on the configuration of the building, the rooms vary in size and scale, but we were very comfortable in our twin-bedded room."
