"The place is clean and well equipped as description. The place is in walking distance to the falls. I remove one star due to two issues. First the wall was thin and I could hear my neighbors. Two, we asked the landlord if we could leave our luggage in the apartment for a couple of hours after checkout time and they said no."

"After booking a rather last-minute room here for a quick weekend trip to Niagara Falls, we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The location was perfect, and we were assigned a 9th floor river view room with an amazing view. The staff were very kind and helpful at the front desk for check-in and check-out. This hotel is very close to Niagara Falls State Park and Seneca Niagara Casino, both within walking distance or a short drive. We will be sure to stay here again in the future and will definitely request a 9th floor room again for the views. "
