Tenaya at Yosemite

Tenaya at Yosemite

8/10 Good
"The property itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location for visiting Yosemite. I was also very impressed with the valet staff, who were consistently friendly, professional, and especially helpful with my luggage. Unfortunately, my stay had several disruptions. I was moved rooms before official check-in, the bathtub in my room was unusable because of a broken drain, and there was an extended water outage one day. I was also working remotely during the trip, so having a comfortable and functional room during the day was especially important. Communication around some of these issues could have been better. That said, after completing the property survey, management personally reached out and sincerely acknowledged the concerns I had raised. Their response made a significant difference in how I felt about the overall experience and showed that they genuinely care about the guest experience. Yosemite is somewhere I absolutely plan to return to, and because of how management handled my feedback afterward, I would absolutely stay here again."

Outbound Mammoth

10/10 Excellent
"Loved the layout of the property. Loved the food and drink options. The staff at Bar Sierra were amazing. Some of the fire pits were broken, which was a real bummer, and no one was to be found at the wine bar when we went by to try it. But overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back again and again."

The Ranch at Death Valley – Inside the Park

The Ranch at Death Valley – Inside the Park

10/10 Excellent
"We loved this property, and made good use of the swimming pool on what was a very hot day. The main drawback was the food options available as these were very limited for vegetarians. The one option on the menu wasn’t available on the night we tried to eat there. We actually went to eat at the Inn at Death Valley, which is a sister hotel of the Ranch, and had a lovely meal there. All in all, I would recommend the ranch at Death Valley; we enjoyed our one night stop over."
