I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. "The clock in the room was broken. The front desk DID NOT answer my call. There was no laundry bag or other sundries you expect at a 3/4 hotel. The only good thing here is it has a casino. My advice...stay at another hotel and drive here to play. It is a 2 star hotel at best."
