"The location is excellent, walkable to one of the lodges and to a ski lift. We stayed in a unit which includes a king bed and a bunk bed. The king bed was fine but the bunk beds were horrifically uncomfortable and the 2 members of our group that slept in them said they were unable to sleep and the bed gave them back pain.. Our unit was very dusty and we pulled open the sleeper couch to find the blankets, pillows and sheets from a prior visitor still bundled up inside, so the cleaning was clearly inadequate. I might book the location again but I'd be very careful of the unit you select. "

"Great location. You can walk over to the ski lifts. Nice hot tub and pool area. The kitchen only had one hot mitt, no scissors no condiments, etc.. I wish the kitchen was a little more stocked, but a great place to stay. "

"Had a great experience. Easy walk to lifts. Lodges were very clean and keep up well. Hot tub worked well and was clean. Host got back via text messages quickly. Check in and check was very easy. View was fantastic. Would stay again next time I visit Mammoth Mountain. "

"Pay a lot because it's ski in ski out......that's it. Dated, dumpy, in disrepair. Typical Mammoth: High price and low value wherever you're staying. There is no decent middle."

"The place is located in a great spot, with excellent access to and a view of Canyon Lodge! It is really cute with a great layout and good lighting for our family. It is equipped perfectly! The only issues (and our fault for not reaching out during our stay) were that the downstairs common bathroom shower door came off the tracks and almost hit one of us while showering, and that toilet seems to back up more easily. I am sure if we had contacted them while we were there, they would have fixed it. I would definitely stay there again."
