"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. "After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."
