"Toilet design poor as water splashes outside the bath tub while showering. Bed was quite hard. Overall cleanliness was not desired. Did not have large towels for bathing, gave small towels instead. Staff was nice and spoke English. Location was good, in between a happening area with lots of restaurants and the train station. "

"Everything was perfect. Room was very fresh and clean and beds were very comfortable."
"We got in just after midnight but the reception welcomed us with a free upgrade that we didn't ask for. We left at eight the next morning so we didn't have much time to enjoy the room but it was practical with all necessities like fridge, desk, cell phone charger and a coffee maker. We had a city view as well. We did not try their breakfast buffet as it felt pricey for us. Would stay again."

The staff are very friendly and speak English which helps if your Korean isn’t great, the cleaner is very friendly and greeted us every time we see her! Room is cleaned everyday and fresh water and towels are put out too. Facilities within the room and bathroom are amazing too! Will definitely be returning to South Korea!"
