"Staff told us when checking in, the heater not working, can only use fan, when it’s too cold, turn it off. 😓 We stayed here five days （extended one more day), for three of us, but only have two bath towels. The flooring in shower is very slippery, I’m so worry that I might fall. No choice, I put one wash towel on the floor when I shower. Staff very friendly, on forth day, my son got sick, and I asked if I can do late check out, he kindly help me. Later when we decided to stay one more day, he also told me to book online for slightly better rate. Location of this hotel is excellent, with lots of stores near by."

"The location was one of the biggest highlights—it’s conveniently situated close to markets, making it easy to explore and pick up local goods. Getting around was also incredibly simple, with the subway and other transportation options just a short walk away. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything felt convenient and accessible, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down."

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."

"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "
