"This is not a 5-star hotel, 3-star at best! Let me break it down for you: Breakfast: no salt or pepper on tables, no napkins Rooms: small, no coffee maker, no soap ( just foam) or hand lotion, low quality shampoo and conditioner Location: not close to the big shopping centers in the north nor the Dotonbori area! Food: took 30 minutes for a sandwich and fries! And lastly, this is the first hotel I’ve ever been to that charged me for a late check out! Would definitely avoid this hotel! "

"Hotel was neat and tidy with everything very clean, we were able to use the washing machines and dryer without any problems as well. Having a vending machine at every floor was a plus because it gave us a nice refreshing drink after a long day of travel each time! "
