"The hotel is clean is looks new but the room is so small. The bath on 4th floor was amazing. Everything is there. Buffet was good too. Need more desserts."

"European themed hotel with an adjoining wedding chapel - very quaint. The breakfast is served in grand banqueting rooms and has a brilliant selection of both western and Japanese food - not disappointed at all. The only let down was the internet connection which was erratic and this may be due to the renovation works nearby?"

"This was the only hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan, where the room size and design were quite close to a standard North American hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and easily accesible via public transit on the Kitahama line if necessary. I also enjoyed the amenities they offered, which included luxurious skin care and face masks. The hotel room bathroom was one level instead of the other cabin type bathroom designs common to Japanese hotels. I believe it was recently renovated, and definitely felt quite modern. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby, as well as the ability to do our own pour overs. I would recommend staying here."
