"Family friendly facility with a Japanese charm that worked perfectly for our jet lagged needs.The living room with tatami along with a Japanese style bathtub was perfect for our family with a toddler. Not crowded in the hotel- only ran into another guest once during our 5 day stay. A little away from the main tourist areas but easy location to take a cab to and from. Would definitely return when we visit Osaka!"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Candeo Hotels! From the moment I arrived, the hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. My room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop Sky Spa. After long days of exploring Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location was also excellent, making it easy to get around the city and visit popular attractions. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Candeo Hotels to anyone visiting Osaka. It made my trip even more memorable, and I can’t wait to come back!"

"Great location right next JR Namba station. Easy access to direct shuttle bus to/from KIX just steps away from hotel makes it super convenient. Having an onsite private bath gives an amazing experience. Rooftop view is excellent. Breakfast buffet is good but pricey. I would recommend you try once. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time."

"Hotel was nice but outdated. Amenities were not in room you had to call to get things. No laundry on site, but there is a laundromat nearby. They have a shuttle to Osaka station that run twice every hour. It start at 10 and last one is at 6:40 pm. If you want to go earlier or have late dinner, you have to walk 15-20 minutes or take uber that gets kind of expensive. We had issues with our luggage delivery service and had to call to make arrangements. Due to language barrier, the call took about an hr and a half. To our surprise at check out we were charged $80 dollars for that call alone. We did get help getting a van to take us to the bullet train station with all our luggage. Wouldn’t stay here again."
