I would have liked to bring coffee from lounge to my room but was not permitted. The staff was very confused about sending my bag to the airport. It took several staff to figure it out, which took longer than it should have. They felt badly about it. GREAT experience at the restaurant for dinner on my last night! "Room is tight however space is well used and there was storage for 2 check in sized luggage. They are setup for luggage delivery service with airporter which allowed us to send luggage from osaka to pur next stop in Kyoto. Shower/bathroom are excellent and very clean even though it is a bit tight. Staff were helpful. Hotel has laundry machines which are easily accessible. Location we felt was excellent with access to grocery store amd lots of restaurants. Also along Osaka Loop line which made access to the various stops relatively simple. "
