"I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. The location was central, close to train station, restaurant, cafe, shops and downtown core. The check-in was quick and easy and I really appreciate it that I was able to do an early check in without extra costs, 5 star! The staff are very nice, polite and helpful. Another great thing about this hotel is the checkout time is noon, unlike most hotels that have checkout time of 11 sometimes even 10. I hope they keep this way, this made this hotel stands out from the rest. The only thing, the interior and appliances are dated, but they still work so it was not a wala breaker for me to recommend this. I’ll definitely book in this hotel again. The have customer parking and breakfast for a fee. Few suggestions for improvement: Provide paper towel in the kitchen, and more plates and a bigger drinking glass, extra garbage bins "

"Great service checking in and out, restaurant was good. We found it strange the cleaners entered the elevator with all there towels supplies as we were using it. Made it very crowded but lady was friendly"

"We got stuck in the area after the ferries were cancelled and lucked into a one night stay here, and now we can’t wait to come back. They were so sweet and helpful receiving unexpected guests. They went out of their way to accommodate us and help us relax. And wow it’s so beautiful. I went birding first thing and there was so many birds. I could see eagles and seals from our room. It is truly stunning, but I still think the staff were my favourite part!"

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant spaces and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s the kind of place where every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back."
