"The hotel was clean always and I love feeling like the hotel is well staffed and not just like one person behind a desk. The food is good and the breakfast is great. The free drinks are really nice after a long day and specifically our bartender (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name but she was on 5/23 and 5/24) was outstanding. Fantastic value and a must stay for families"

"Beautiful hotel decor, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had an accessible king room on the 5th floor. It was very large and had very good accessible features. Nice selection at breakfast and appetizers in the evening. The employees were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cars are parked behind electronic gates.We will be staying at this hotel from now on while visiting Charlotte."

"We stayed here for race weekend and honestly the experience was disappointing. The main reason we booked this room for Saturday night was specifically to enjoy the hot tub and relax before the race, but we ended up having to completely switch rooms after already unpacking everything. Sunday morning by the time we packed back up, moved all of our belongings, and got settled into another room, it was basically time to leave for the racetrack, so we never even got to enjoy the amenities we paid...
