315@Loso Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I was pleasantly surprised with the room . It was very clean and well maintained. There were only two things that tempered my enthusiasm. 1. No phone in the room which was kind of disturbing yet intriguing. No way to contact the front desk or what if some kind of emergency took place and no cell phone was available ? 2. No blanket for the sofa bed was in the room. 3. No Kleenex tissue box or tissues in the room . However, the bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure and shower head and very hot water. Great value for the money and it was close to the attraction we were going to the next day."

Quality Inn Concord Kannapolis

8/10 Good

"This was our 2nd time staying at this location. First time was 3 years ago. Since then, the property has had some improvements, but needs more updates. The property has over 25 cameras on site, so security is extreme (this is not a bad thing). Many parts of the hotel are closed off and cannot be accessed, though no postings of construction; they are just closed areas. The room was clean 8/10. Staff get a 7/10 due to language barriers. Breakfast 5/10 due to powdered eggs and limited items, Parking 6/10 due to the very high speed bumps and most guests all staying on one side of the property. (again this is due to half of the property being closed off). Guests are grouped into one area, while the rest of the property is vacant. The cost of the stay is on the low end, and it should be. Overall 6.5/10"
