Studio in popular Northshore, 1.2 miles to Ross's Landing

This is a one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency apartment close to everything that North Chattanooga and Downtown Chattanooga have to offer. Newly added on to the back of our home in 2019, this attached, yet private entry one-room efficiency boasts a luxe spa-style white marble bathroom with two separate shower heads and full glass wall. Kitchenette has a small fridge/freezer combo, countertop air fryer/oven combo, microwave. And Keurig coffee maker. This suite has a queen pull-out couch for one or two children.
Driveway parking available for one or two cars. This is a convenient location with 5-10 minute walkability to restaurants and bars, Stringer's Ridge hiking trails and Publix grocery store.

Great place for short getaway

Great place for a short getaway! Very clean and close to town. Host was excellent and open with communication. My only complaint is that the thermostat wasn't accessible in the room. However when needing the temperature adjustment the host was very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Chattanooga Heaven

This place is perfect for 1 person or a couple traveling alone it with their dog. It's so quiet and convenient for walking into town. We stay here twice per year visiting our son. Very clean and the bed is super comfy!

Short weekend getaway

We had a great time during our visit to Chattanooga!! And this spot was perfect!! Not only was the space very cute and cozy it’s close to shops and eats and hikes. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Perfect Chattanooga Getaway

Within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, parks and downtown, this little apartment was perfect for a couple visiting the city for an extended weekend. We plan to go back next year!

Perfect little place!!

This was the perfect little place for the two of us!! It was very clean, quiet, comfortable and the location was convenient to so much. It had everything that we could have hoped for or needed. This was our first trip using VRBO and Megan and her family made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

This small but beautiful unit will serve you well with a comfortable peaceful night sleep and a location very close to all Chattanooga offers. Nice Spot close to Downtown Chattanooga

The property was very nice. It was easy to find and parking was great. The room was very well appointed with a very comfortable bed, a comfortable sofa for sitting, and a convenient table in the kitchenette area. The room was very comfortable even though the weather was quite warm. The neighborhood was also pleasant. Megan communicated well both ahead of our visit, and when we had questions. Our stay was excellent!

Great place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Megan's place. She was super helpful and made sure to check in a few times while I was there to see if I needed anything. The location was really close to the Northshore area and easy to get to other parts of downtown as well. This is a basement apartment so you can occasionally hear the family upstairs, but not often or loud enough to bother me when I was working remotely there for a month.

Great spot to stay!

The place was very clean and cozy! It made a great base camp for my spouse and I to explore Chattanooga for a few days. The towels are so plush and soft??? I need to find them for home because they were so great. The bed was comfortable, and there was a lovely scent on the pillows, either from the detergent or a spray. It was very nice. We'll definitely stay here again when we want to come back to Chattanooga :)

Everything we needed.

This property was great for our 5-night stay in Chattanooga. It was very clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. It had everything we needed. It is close (within walking distance for us) to a large grocery store, and there are multiple coffee shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very welcoming and helpful, and communication was easy. We would definitely return to this property in the future.

Perfect studio apartment, walking distance to restaurants.

Megan has a beautiful little spot here! My husband and I spent the weekend getting to know the Chattanooga area and used this as our home-base. Everything she provided was awesome, Keurig coffee, filtered cold water & ice welcomed us. Bathroom was fully stocked with Shampoo conditioner ect. Unit was super clean and very comfortable for the 2 of us! We will be back!

Chattanooga Northside

I enjoyed my stay at this property in Northside. Having never been to Chattanoga, I was pleasantly surprised of the location to various attractions. It's close to the Riverfront, the Aquarium, the Univ of TN at Chattanooga, an AMC movie theater, the minor league baseball stadium, Warner Park, and a short drive to many other local gems. The property is clean and offers all you need for a quick stay for one or two. The host was informative and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this property if you traveling to the Chattanooga area.
