Also had requested fridge in room which it was not. Had to contact Reception by messaging and this was not responded to so had NO fridge. "

It was made apparent that the team could not do enough. They were courteous and helpful right up to exiting the building. I would 100% stay here again, the hotel was immaculate, well maintained and guests were their priority. Pete was a standout on my welcome and the young lady, who I think was Italian at breakfast also went above and beyond. "
