"We decided to leave and not stay the night. The room had a smelly odor and didn't appear very clean. There was a bug crawling around in the bathroom. There were stains and rips on the chair in the room. Besides the room, I felt uncomfortable because there was no room key required to enter the vestibule that led to the elevator and no room key required to go on the elevator, meaning that anyone can just go into guest areas. The elevator floor was a filthy carpet that was falling apart. When we pulled up to the hotel and parked, we also noticed lots of busted up cars in the parking lot which didn't create a great vibe. "We went up for quick overnite for concert at Count Basie . It was just a 15 minute walk. We had a nice lunch at the bar restaurant and went back for drinks after show. Food was good. The only thing I wished that I had booked a room with water view. There was also room service delivery for morning breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I just loved that the rooms had a Keurig and k cups in room. I plan on going back again:)"
