"The place is cozy. The hotel is a bit neglected, and the rooms could use some renovation. The worst part is the service (except for one guy who was very helpful; the other two girls there are friendly, but then charge you for various things they didn't tell you about beforehand). "Had a wonderful few days staying in this warm, friendly hotel. Location is perfect as beach few minutes away and behind us the beautiful old town.
When we arrived Sara was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Although we arrived in the morning she arranged for us to have a room earlier and the use of shower on last day was so beneficial. Without her we wouldn’t have known you could get the boat to Puerto Banus which we thoroughly enjoyed and went at teatime for dinner and then got a taxi back.
