This requirement was never communicated in advance, nor is it a standard or reasonable expectation in international hospitality. It also raises a serious concern—why should a woman need her husband’s written consent to stay at a hotel with her own child, especially when official identification clearly establishes the relationship? At the time, I was on a flight and unreachable, leaving my wife and child stranded in the middle of the night with no accommodation despite the stay being fully paid at Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir. They were forced to leave Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir and find another hotel at a very late hour. Fortunately, another hotel accepted them immediately upon checking their IDs, and even expressed surprise at the treatment they received from Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir. "

"Hotel was not maintained so well. Location was fantastic , lots of cafes and restaurants around, Agora shopping centre was just minutes away. During my stay it was raining and the dripping water was everywhere. Such a shame such a good hotel not well maintained."
