"Great location to walk to the Waterloo underground! Excellent staff! Clean rooms!"

"Very good for the price. Booked a double room with private bathroom. Both room and bathroom were small but served the purpose very well. No towels provided , £5 to rent a towel, so take your towels with you. No lift , you have to walk up n down stairs, if carrying heavy luggage this can be a problem. Room was clean, toilet paper provided. Overall the place was clean. Didn't try the breakfast, so can't comment on that. Check out is early compared to other places but late check out its an extra £5 per hour for max 2hrs. After that you have to pay for a full day. I paid £85 for a double room for 2 nights with 2 extra hours. Compared to Premier Inn £500 for 2nights. Overall im happy . I would definitely stay again."

"Spotlessly clean through out the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Reception staff, so very friendly and helpful. Concierge amazingly helpful. Stayed here often, many years ago and we are back and not going anywhere else."

"Last minute availability and late check in. Staff available 24hrs. That was all good. Some additional cleaning in the shower would have been handy. Am always amazed how many people don’t clean in shower corners / clean silicone seal. It’s not difficult. At home I use an old toothbrush to get into corners and a paste of bleach and bicarbonate cleans silicone seal. In this shower enclosure I could scratch the dirt away with my nail so it wasn’t just stained silicone seal. I asked for a receipt when I checked out. Was told it would be emailed to me by 12 noon. It wasn’t but I could download it from Expedia so that was fine."

"Well located hotel - close to Waterloo station and the south bank. The hotel itself was clean and staff helpful. The rooms were pleasant and I had a good view from one of the higher floors. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that. Would stay there again."

"Would not recommend this hotel. Firstly, on my second night the fire alarms went off 5 times all throughout the night and the hotel couldn't tell us anything, causing anxiety and stress, as well as no sleep. The hotel cleaning staff entered my room twice even though I had the do not disturb sign up. The room was not clean and I had a dried up contact lens left on the window sill when I arrive. I also emailed the hotel after the stay to query the fire alarms and had no response. 100% avoid"
