"The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The tasting menu in the dining room was over the top. I’ve eaten many Fine, restaurants, and the food here was spectacular. Do the chefs pairing of wine, it’s truly amazing. The staff was over the top helpful. I would just stay here again and recommend it to all my friends."

"We loved our stay at Hard Rock in Madrid. KEURIG,I m not getting his name right, but he was the 1st staff member we met and he was outstanding. All of the staff members were so kind and accommodating. .Enjoyed the pool and surroundings. We had dinner every night at Hard Rock. Food was delicious. Truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the coffee. Bought too much at the gift store. Loved it"

"We have just returned from staying at the Urban Hive Madrid for 7 nights and we cannot fault the Hotel, superb location, clean and tidy. The staff were absolutely amazing, some to mention Isabela, Sofia, Mark, David and many many more they were amazing with our little girl always so friendly and saying hi and playing with her. Definitely recommend the hotel for the staff alone. We will definitely be going back."
