"Everything was great except for the tiny size of the room. Almost no room to move"

"Whilst the hotel itself self was clean & reception staff helpful. The room itself was situated directly beside large iron gates that create a lot of noise when opening and shutting, also at around 4 am a chorus of cars beeping will most likely wake you up. The room was incredibly (uncomfortably) warm, and because of the noise outside you can’t even open the window, where the same few bugs sat all weekend even after being ‘cleaned’. If your room is 101 I would highly recommend asking for an alternative."

"This hotel was in a perfect location being just around the corner from O'Connell Street. Also, the Air Coach pick up and drop off point was literally around the corner not more than a few minutes walk on O'Connell Street near the big Dublin sign. Also, it was in short walking distance of many pick up and drop off points for bus tours. I found the staff to be quite friendly and courteous during my interactions with them. Breakfast was quite sufficient: hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, cereal, breads, jams, pastries, yogurt, etc. The room was clean and maintained daily. I love that there was an ironing room as I like to wear button down shirts under sweaters. My only qualm is that I wasn't clear on how to arrange a noon check-in for an early arrival. I ended up having to wait out 4 hours in the lounge area before checking in. However, this is a very good place to stay for a reasonable enough price. I will definitely seek to stay here again the next time I am in Dublin."

"We had the misfortune to book this hotel for two different stays in one week. The rooms were dark and in horrible repair. There was a 30cm hole worn in the carpet in our room, the bathroom from was mismatched and had loose tiles, there was one overhead light in the whole room, which was cool white. No bedside lamps. The shower was weak and leaking all over the wall. The hotel is in a busy, noisy area. We had people screaming outside the rooms until 2-3am every day. Not a place we will stay again, especially at the ridiculous price we paid."

"It was so noisy (room 301) we had to switch rooms and then there was no mirror where you have to dry your hair in that room (303) Lightning was poor. No AC which I was aware but the window and yes I mean one teeny tiny window opened about 2 inches. One little fan in the room and that was it. Great area of town for shopping and bars but partying was beyond loud all hours of the night. "
