"Nice little hotel. Clean, handy, staff was awesome, parking very convenient & cheap (I didn’t valet, I self-parked in garage directly across st). I think I got upgraded because my room was pretty big. Had a separate sitting area w desk & TV, then a good sized bathroom & then a King BR. A quick stay but A great spot for my purposes."

"I worked at this hotel from 1999 to 2000. Still beautiful and still at the best possible location in savannah to enjoy the Riverview."
Palmera Inn and Suites

"The rooms are clean and updated. No carpet which is a plus. It was cold with the air conditioning on but too warm to leave oHas a wall unit. Good location. Plenty of parking spaces.Had a decent breakfast, not outstanding. The staff were nice. I did have a problem with a double charge on the room. It had been paid for in advance. I had booked with Expedia. It took 4 days and a call to my credit card company to straighten out. The other thing is I was told we were supposed to get our room cleaned on Tuesday and they never cleaned it."

"It’s a nice facility overall, what I found unusual was that having the hallways open to the outside which allowed excessive humidity into the building. Because of this, the doors to the rooms were extremely wet for at least a few hours of each of the three days we visited."

"A very nice property with large rooms (we had a standard king room). The staff was friendly and housekeeping was excellent. Lots of amenities from the beach to bike rentals, and the resort class pool."
