"This resort was very beautiful service was great from the beginning we had Alberto & Juan that was so helpful. The service from Orlando Sebastian and Jose was always so great. All of the restaurants had amazing food! The evening strolls, walking along the beach and drinking by the swing bar were the best relaxation. At the end of stay we enjoyed a morning at the spa, the ladies were amazing!! Overall it was a wonderful peaceful experience."

"Our stay was extraordinarily quiet and relaxing. The customer service across the board was outstanding, every team member we interacted with was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. A special shoutout to Enrique and Marcos, who were both amazing and consistently greeted us with warm smiles! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations. The lobby team also deserves praise for their seamless service. Our only minor feedback would be to offer a few more on-site activities, though we completely understand that options are lighter given the low season. Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"The hotel staff were excellent! The housekeeping team was absolutely on top of everything. You could leave your room for half a second and come back to find your clothes folded and neatly put away. Exceptional service all around! Laura, our server, was also excellent and extremely attentive. She was always on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. My only complaint would be the sales pitch team. I understand that it’s their job, but they were very persistent about trying to sell us their Reserve Club. It became a little overwhelming at times. Overall, though, the staff and service were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"A lovely stay, the apartment was as listed. The pool was nice with plenty of sun loungers & there was sufficient shade. The private beach area was small but comfortable and the beach bar was very good for food & drinks, the staff in this section were extremely friendly & by far the best staff we interacted with. The section of beach & sea the private area looks into is not the best with a busy boat section just to the left. An easy 10 minute walk to 5th avenue and plants of restaurants."
