From the outset, the staff made a clear difference—Nohemi, Yamila, and Julian at the front desk were outstanding in coordinating taxis, providing helpful local guidance, and offering discounted beach club access nearby. Their service was consistently professional, attentive, flexible, and well-informed. The suite was spotless and very well maintained, featuring excellent air conditioning, a comfortable mattress, clean white linens, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Yesenia maintained the suite to a very high standard and was particularly attentive in accommodating our customized cleaning requests, which was greatly appreciated. The rooftop—forget about it—is a notable highlight, offering a well-designed pool area with excellent views and a comfortable space to relax. The location is another strong advantage—close to 5th Avenue and nearby nightlife. As expected with this level of proximity, some noise may be noticeable on busier nights. Overall, guests can expect clean accommodations, punctual service, and consistently high-quality attention to detail. The hotel is fortunate to have such a strong and capable team.
