"The rooms were spacious, and the entire hotel was kept very clean. The food was delicious and the workers were not aggressive at all for tips. They were accommodating with an early check-in and late checkout. Things they could improve: I think the dinner buffet should start at 5. 6 is way too late for little kids. I think the place to grab towels should open at 8am instead of 9. Other than that I really can’t complain. I would definitely go back. For kids I’d say it’s best suited for 8 years old or younger."

"Hotel is great and staff was amazing (most of them!). We have access to a private pool and that was amazing. However, the noise/music from the pool was loud and people “reserving sun beds” was really annoying. Food was a bit repetitive for a 5* but generally good. Great to have free parking. Theatre for the shows was good and there were events organised each night. "

"Plenty of secure locked parking. Spacious older style room with safe and nice hot shower. The staff at reception were efficient and always helpful. Great location close to everything. "

"The room was good but had an issue with the bathroom faucet otherwise pretty standard. Mattresses were a bid stiff and not very comfortable but overall resort was great The food and options were plentiful and had a variety. Reservations for the Mexican Italian dinners were easy and we did also pay the $20 per person for the hibachi experience which was well worth it. PROPERTY IS ON THE BEACH and no extra costs for seating and umbrellas all included no extra cost for cabanas near pools either staff was amazing everyone so helpful friendly and remembered our names. We stayed for 6 nights Hot tub was not hot at all luke warm and only 2 jets were running Property is walking distance to Calle 5 where all the shops restaurants and night life for all ages can be found Would return again "

"Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! "
