Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites

Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn & Suites

10/10 Excellent
"Overall our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the location was perfect for our trip. Only complaints were that our room was not available at check-in even though we arrived over an hour after check-in time and we misunderstood the schedule for the room being serviced. They indicated cleaning was every other day but I guess that meant that for a 3 night stay you needed to request service. We made do without new towels and what not so not a big deal, just encourage others to clarify if they want cleaning while staying. Again, we really enjoyed the hotel and appreciated the hotel bar/food being available."
