"The location is great as it is in the middle of everything we wanted to see or walk to! It was a little noisy at night and in the morning as many people were in the piazza at all hours. The air conditioning left much to be desired for how warm it was, but it did take the edge off the heat. The staff was very helpful as we needed to book a water taxi to another part of the lake."

"Amazing 4 night stay at the MÍMESIS 11. My girlfriend and I stayed here in June during the strong heatwave and this hotel was perfectly located. It's literally outside the ferry return stop and has a handful of bars and restaurants on the door step. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely breakfast and the most helpful staff. The only minor negative was that the air conditioning is controlled by reception and ours had a fault during our stay, which meant it was a little warmer than we'd have liked. But the staff were super helpful and it was being fixed as we left."

"Stunning property at the prime location at Lake Como. Loved it for our honeymoon, big space and really convenient. 10/10 would stay there again. Tips for anyone taking an international train to Lake Como getting off at Como S. Giovanni station: take an official taxi to the hotel."

"The room was a really good size with tea & coffee making facilities. Great shower. Really impressed with the standards from start to finish. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Free water on arrival and more in the room. Breakfast very good Altogether a very pleasant stay. Would certainly recommend"
