"Old dirty hotel. You would not want to put your feet on those carpets. The whole property is in extreme need of refurbishment. At £70 for a single room is a joke. Signs of badly covered damp everywhere. Parking is extra £10 per day but good luck going a free spot in what I think was 10 spaces."

"We have never been to a better hotel in our lives. From our first connection to the hotel on Friday to leaving today (Sunday) we have had a wonderful time. All of the staff were so professional & helpful all the time we were there. We will certainly go there again should the occasion arrive. The price was reasonable. The service was exceptional."

"Super central location within Conwy. Onsite parking available. Room was spacious and we equipped and well maintained and decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We ate at the Erskine Arms for the evening meal and breakfast the following morning. It was delicious and the staff once again were great. The elephant in the room is the church next to the accommodation. The clock chimes every 15mins 24hrs a day. Sleeping is virtually impossible and as a result I would not stay there again without ear plugs. Such a shame as the visit would have been prefect."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Low Quay Cottage. It is centrally located and is just a few minutes walk away from the shops/cafes/pubs etc. There is a lovely deli shop just around the corner. The cottage itself is perfect, it was clean, modern and cosy. We really appreciated the little extras that were included for our dog (blankets, bowls, stair gate etc). The owners have literally thought of everything. Steve was also really helpful with directions and parking tips. We hope to return in the future."

"Lovely cottage in a great location in historic Conwy. Very well equipped, with the added bonus of street parking outside. This was a great help, as although it's very very tight to park your car here, the cottage has the added bonus of being able to use next door's space, too! Highly recommended. "
