"Impressive building, super receptionist, who was extremely helpful. Had a super, very clean room overlooking the river and was a glorious Easter weekend. The room was large with a lovely big firm bed and nice pillows. TV, kettle, extra heaters and fan(if you needed them). Double glazed windows and super shower with plenty of lovely hot water. Nice to sit looking at the river in the late afternoon too. On the outskirt of the town so reasonably quiet but easily within walking distance of the town....

"Nice older building. Despite the nicks, dings, old furnishings, and imperfections the hotel has a very nice atmosphere. Additionally, the staff are all exceptionally nice. I suggest visiting the bar if you enjoy a nice quiet conversation with a pint. There was a great selection of beers. I would highly recommend a visit to the Great Malvern Priory church.
