"After staying at a very small and old hotel in London, staying here was like a five star resort and we loved it. Definitely recommend! "

"If you get booked in the “print works” wing of the building, getting there is a HAUL- multiple elevators and long walks. So if you have lots of luggage and a little kid like we did, you might want to make sure you’re booked in the main building. Also if you have a car, you can’t unload and load out front, there’s a barricade for a pedestrian road in front. So just travel light if staying here. "

Hotel staff were kind, we were refunded however this should not have happened. What was meant to be a special night away was simply awful. I have no doubt the rest of the hotel is a delight breakfast was lovely and the bar area good but if you want a good night sleep, due to the location this is not the place. "
