"Hotel is getting a bit worn. Very loud!"

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is amazing. We stayed in a newly renovated room. Staff was top notch. Unfortunately, I would probably never stay at that hotel again. The walls between rooms were so thin, we were able to hear the entire conversations from the guests staying next door. It’s not something we’d expect from a hotel chain of that caliber. Perfect location, great staff but we just could not sleep in our room. We left very disappointed."

"My first room was grimy and dirty. Stains on the walls, mold in the bathroom, moldy shower curtain. Floors were dirty could take shoes off. I changed rooms. It was similar in both rooms. Less mold in the second. No soap provided, no extra rolls of toilet paper. Over alll, rundown and disappointing. "
