"A little disappointed. The main reason we chose this property was because of the shuttle to the cruise ship. I was told it was full and was unable to get a time. So we ubered. I could have ubered from a less expensive hotel. Probably won’t be back. Oh also, out of coffee at 9:30a"

"Nothing terribly bad but not good either. At 4pm, check in time, our room wasn't ready. After a 25 min wait, we were able to enter our room. All floors were wet, room was at 82 degrees, one of the bathrooms was still dirty. Not enough towels, no hand soap, not rug or mat for the bathroom floor. The kitchen was not better. Fridge had a smell, after finding a very dirty glass I just stopped checking. They also never gave us the key to access the beach, but they asked for it at check out, so I don't know what will happen with this. The building needs a lot of maintenance. The pictures are far from reality. The employees were nice. I like Key Biscayne, might very well return, but I won't stay here again. "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, we did not love when house keeping came in our room. To preface, we didn’t have any dressers, counter space, or sink space to put items. Fine..I had everything organized, all my hair things. Clean clothes on one side of the suitcase and dirty on the other, all organized. Same for my husband. When house keeping came in they flipped our suitcases closed so it was just a mound of clothes. For why you ask? They didn’t even clean the floors so idk. They knocked my things off of my nightstand to the floor, I guess to wipe it down. All my hair items were on the BACK OF THE TOILET. I thought maybe it was to wipe the 1inch of sink space I had. Nope. Nothing was wiped down. Every time they came in, they took our towels that were hung up and didn’t replace them. We hung up the placard so they just would not come in. They still did. Other than that issue, the hotel was fine. It did the job. It was also quiet at night, which I didn’t think was possible in that area. Also, I ordered a drink and didn’t realize it was $60 until another guest let me know. Insane for a drink. "
