"The staff was amazing - 10/10 service!! They were very accommodating + attentive to our needs. They made the check-in + check-out process so easy and also offered to hold our bags afterwards due to our later flight. The hotel room was nice and clean, and the pool was beautiful. It is also located in such a good area in South Beach - everything was walk-able. My friend and I definitely agree we will be staying here every time. "

"First of all the place is beautiful and it's a great location. The restaurant in front is delicious. The room was clean but it had that "landlord special" level of updates in the room. However when we're stayed it seemed like everything was broken or under repair. Elevator was broken. Cable TV broken. Light on fan broken. One bulb out in the bathroom. Several sitting areas in the lobby and courtyard were roped off and undergoing repairs (I assume, didn't see anything happening when I was there). We were not able to get into our room until an hour and a half after we were supposed to bc it hadn't been cleaned yet. We had left our luggage there earlier and tried to call and check if our room was ready but no one answered the phone. We returned to the hotel thinking it room would be ready by the assigned time and it still was not. Beautiful property though. Hopefully they can get it together a bit. "
