"We booked a double room with a king size bed for one night. The bed was two single beds pushed together. The room was tired looking: the grouting in the tiling was dirty, chewed / dented furniture, etc. cleanliness was also an issue: there was a disturbing looking stain on the bed scarf, there were small hairs in the bedding, and the bottom of the shower curtain was dirty. Breakfast was nice, but nothing to shout about. The variety of food available was okay, we just questioned the quality of some of the food items on offer. Whilst the staff were friendly and were attentive to our needs throughout our stay, the quality of Best Western hotels has (in my opinion) declined over the years based on the price offered. There is no excuse for cleanliness. Sadly, we won’t be returning."

"One-night stay at the Radisson. Room spacious, modern, clean and big with an excellent shower room. Good meal at the rooftop restaurant, and very good breakfast. My only criticism would be the inability to drop off luggage outside the hotel, though to be fair there's not much the hotel can do about that."

"Feels like an upmarket hotel with really attentive staff. Unfortunately my room, despite being really spacious looked tired and worn. The communal areas are very welcoming and they have a good breakfast. Swimming pool also looks a bit tired. Sauna area and gym are really good."

"The check in was very quick and we got to our room dumped our bags and went for something to eat. On going out later we tried the bar area , very nice and comfortable with friendly staff. We will be stopping at the hotel again as I want to use the pool and gym next visit. "

"Friendly staff, very good breakfast and comfortable room. Parking at a partner property relatively close was OK though frankly road network in Sheffield is now a nightmare (make sure your satnav is up to date and just resign yourself to driving much further than line of sight!). Our bathroom was a little bit "tired" - slow basin runaway and wobbly loo seat."

"I felt this hotel was excellent. And very good value for money. A good size room in great condition. And I liked the bar area and immediately canal location. Friendly staff, well done! "
