"I reserved and paid for a smoking room. Upon arrival the room I reserved wasn’t available. I had to pay an additional fee for a smoking room. Also-it’s not clean. The floors were filthy. “Undesirable” people hang out at the entrance looking for people to “keep company”."

"Pros: breakfast was okay, you have the choices of making a waffle, eating 2 different kinds of cereals, or a couple different pastries/bagles. No protein and no drinks besides coffee and the gallon of milk they put in a bowl of ice water but don’t worry there are $3 drinks in the vending near front desk. The room was spacious and the tv was big, we brought our own Roku so I’m not sure how it works also nice deep tub. They have daily house keeping which you don’t see often anymore. It’s not in the nicest area but not the worst, I liked that you had to have a keycard or be buzzed in to access the building. They gave us an hour and a half early check in after I called 3 times Cons: THEY WOULD NOT HOLD OUR BAGS WHEN WE FLEW IN. This was the worst thing it caused a plethora of issues for us. I’ve never heard of a hotel not holding bags for guests so we had to figure out things to do for 4 hours with 5 bags. Like I said not the best area, a LOT of homeless at the chicken box right by the hotel, not their fault but an observation. Hallways smelled of marijuana everytime we came in & out Lady said it would be a $50 deposit but charged my card $65, not sure if I got charged extra for early check in or what happened there but made me feel weird. Over all wouldn’t stay here again but got the job done"

"Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. They did not offer any kind of apology or help her in any way. Furthermore, the room was quite dirty (which explains the bedbugs) and many things did not work properly, e.g., the blinds. This meant that they had to choose between privacy and no natural sunlight. Overall, it was a terrible experience."

"I would not recommend this place. It was horrible from the time I arrived. The place was dirty, it had a horrible smell throughout the entire building. Doors were broken and were only staying closed with a door chain. Floors were dirty, fire extinguisher locations were broken. Not safe at all. As soon as I walked into the room, there was a horrible smell (pee). I tried staying there, but after not even an hour my nose was burning due to smell. If I could I would rate it a 0/10."

"I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel where I could literally hear every conversation going on in the other rooms. The people who were staying above me, sounded like they were having a dance party all night long. Also, not the fault of the hotel, but the location is right off the highway and you will hear traffic noise all night long. I will give the housekeeping staff my compliments because the room was clean and I was kind of surprised how nice it looked compared to the rest of the property."
