"The room was really nice and spacious, but they really need an elevator (lift) as our room was 2 floors up and I am disabled. Food was excellent- we’re sorry we had to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Staff was very helpful."

"The hotel was super close to shopping and has a wonderful view of Inverness Castle, it is also right on the river. Needs some updating and fixing. Parking is down the street a block at the Cathedral where you can pay for 24 hour parking. "

"Beautiful classy hotel with very friendly staff. Kyle welcomed us and made us feel so special. There is also a farm behind the backyard lawn where we got to see and pet Scottish highland cows and their babies through the fence!"

"Excellent location. Our suite was spacious throughout. Parking was a challenge and check in directions to room could have been more helpful. Coffee maker did not work and had no directions. Distillery tour was informative and tasting was very good. Lakeside restaurant food was excellent and the staff were wonderful. "

The property was extremely clean and comfortable, parking was easy, the hosts have been very thoughtful about guest needs. It looks great in the photos, and the real life experience matches it.
