"Room was a nice size however property was a little tired. Located on the ground floor as a solo female traveller was not ideal."

"Nice hotel. Our room was located in secondary building so we had no interaction with staff after checking in. However it was easy to park and access the building. Room was cold upon arrival and we had a hard time warming it up. Lack of 24-hr staff, made early a.m. check-out difficult. "

"Ideal central location, river view room worth paying extra for. Lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep (especially enjoyed Jimmy Badgers, lovely food and scrummy cocktails). Room was very comfortable. Remember to take charger, no USB ports in the room. Didn't have breakfast so Can't comment on this. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Inverness."

"The rooms were adorable. The castle view is incredible (not sure if all rooms have the castle view). The food was excellent. The staff was amazing. We stayed at the end of March, so we didn't get to enjoy the patio but it looks great."

"Hotel was nice and clean and right in the centre of yown plenty of shops restaurants etc. A help youself continental breakfast was provided fresh and tasty and uou could return time snd again The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful would definitely go back again "
