"The hotel had a relay good size hotel room and really helpful staff. The location was good enough in general for transport and restaurants (walking distance to Pontocho). The station nearest stations were a little far but walkable. There were plenty of shop walkable from the hotel including Nishiki market. A very comfortable stay and a good hotel."
"The property is gorgeous and it was a pleasure to stay here! The staff is very courteous and helpful. Because it was raining, the roof top bar was closed, but we had nice cocktails downstairs at the other bar. Super helpful to have the bakery and coffee bar downstairs when you’re running short on time in the morning. The baked items were wonderful!I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family traveling to Kyoto"
"2eme séjour dans cet hotel, toujours aussi bien.
Idéalement placé entre les commerces/restaurants et Gion, près des transports.
Propre, moderne. La suite japonaise est spacieuse et agréable avec son espace tatami, idéal pour les familles."
"The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Pontocho alley, shopping and tons of restaurants. The hotel is spotless. Breakfast at the hotel was also excellent and included a variety of food. We'll definitely stay here again."
