"Parking was easy and appeared secure, AC ran the entire time, was loud but kept the room cool. The bed collapsed in the middle and was marginal at best. Sheets were clean, few towels and no room service between the 2 days we stayed. The furnishings and bath were quite old, many stains in shower and sink, did not shower due to the condition. There was a security light that flashed in our room every 15 minutes the entire night. Very disappointing for a special getaway."

"Parking was excellent and easy and check in as well. The beachfront property is awesome with chairs and umbrellas. The swimming pool and hot tub were top-notch. I will be staying there again in the future."

"This property was everything we had hoped for. Spacious social areas, heated pool, and wonderful pier that my family fished from every day catching many mangrove snapper. I am sure we will be returning next Spring. I highly recommend this property. The icing on our vacation was seeing sea turtles and a manatee from the pier. "

"Beach view of good but no access to beach, which we knew. The pool was enjoyed but it is quite small. The house was pleasantly clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked"

"This property was AWESOME!! So clean! Ocean view. Not I can see it alittle bit. The whole balcony faced the ocean and the master bedroom. No obstruction. The private pool for the complex was clean. They supplied beach towels to use, tennis rackets, beach chairs, kayaks and bikes. We had an amazing time!! Well worth the money. It was close to everything. We had taken our 2 teenage daughters who have never seen the ocean before for Spring Break 2026. We went snorkeling, parasailing and took a fish charter and visited The Dolphin Research Center. We had our own private beach with the complex. There wasn’t a lot of people. We had a laid back and relaxing time. Watched the sunrise drinking coffee outside. Drove 5 minutes and could watch the sunset. Perfect! I can’t say enough great stuff about this place."

"Old and out dated condos. Condos have a bad smell to them due to old carpet and mildew. My family and I made the most of our vacation but would not come back. We paid way too much for this 2.5 star condo due to being mislead online through VRBO. This property has great potential to be awesome but until then don’t expect what you see online.Laundry room appliances kept breaking, toilets clogged very easy, and your clothes and towels will eventually smell like the condo which is gross. Kitchen is super small, beach would only get 1/2 cleaned, hot tub broke, and ocean was never clear blue water. Property is located on the east side of Marathon. Maintenance fixed everything which was great but it doesn’t happen fast since his list never ends. Locals claimed the east side majority gets the easterly winds causing waves and cloudy water. All the beautiful calm clear water is on west side of the Florida Keys. I wish I knew this before I booked the condo. This place should never be priced over 300/night. "
