"This was one of the nicest properties I have stayed at in the Keys. The breakfasts were great for traveling with kids and saved us at least $50/60 per day. We didn’t expect there to be food available in the afternoons and evenings, but it came in clutch when tired kids didn’t want to sit at a restaurant after a day at the pool. The chicken fingers were so good, that’s all they wanted to eat the whole trip! The entire property was very clean and well maintained. We will be back!"

"What a beautiful little gem! After being so pleasantly greeted by Heaven at the check in desk, we headed to our room which was beautifully presented and so clean! Absolutely gutted to not be staying here for longer than one night but we will be recommending to all of our friends and family. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool or the kayak/bike hire due to a lack of time, but if I had known how incredible this place was, I definitely would’ve made an effort to stay a few more nights. The private beach is beautiful and the included breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a wonderful stay, it was one of the highlights of my whole trip!"

"This property was everything we had hoped for. Spacious social areas, heated pool, and wonderful pier that my family fished from every day catching many mangrove snapper. I am sure we will be returning next Spring. I highly recommend this property. The icing on our vacation was seeing sea turtles and a manatee from the pier. "

"House worked perfect for our group! We appreciated the bikes! Made use of the kayaks (from Sombrero Beach), hot tub and pool were great after our busy days in Marathon! Highly recommend this property!"

"This property was AWESOME!! So clean! Ocean view. Not I can see it alittle bit. The whole balcony faced the ocean and the master bedroom. No obstruction. The private pool for the complex was clean. They supplied beach towels to use, tennis rackets, beach chairs, kayaks and bikes. We had an amazing time!! Well worth the money. It was close to everything. We had taken our 2 teenage daughters who have never seen the ocean before for Spring Break 2026. We went snorkeling, parasailing and took a fish charter and visited The Dolphin Research Center. We had our own private beach with the complex. There wasn’t a lot of people. We had a laid back and relaxing time. Watched the sunrise drinking coffee outside. Drove 5 minutes and could watch the sunset. Perfect! I can’t say enough great stuff about this place."

"The pictures do not do it justice. When I initally booked I thought wow right near the water, small place it will be great. When we got there we didnt realize that the beach was literally steps from our front door. The washing machine and dryer were a huge plus. We loved using the screened patio and the kitchen pass through for dinners. I 100% recommend this place. It is perfect for families and those who want to get away. The pool was great. There were always chair available on the beach (just remember to bring your own umbrella... your future sunburned self will thank you). I will 100% go back for another restful stay! "

"Amazing stay at the Yellow Fin! It has everything you need for perfect vacation. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and outside area when we were at the house which was more than wonderful! Just come and have a great time and don't hesitate to stay here! Thank you to Melissa! We had one minor issue and I texted her just letting her know and she called me back right away. We got the issue resolved so thanks for the fast response. We love Marathon and will continue to come back! Book this house! You won't regret it! Family of 6 (all adults) so much room and so many memories made!"
