"Excellent location. The station, Keisei Ueno, connected to Narita Airport by a direct train is 10 mins walk from the property. Ueno Park is also very near for a break from the city life. The surrounding area is a paradise for eating and shopping. Ueno Zoo is 10 mins walk. Rooms are clean and impeccable housekeeping. WiFi is very good. Extra pillows available as well as extra bathroom amenities. On the 11th floor there is an open terrace for relaxing. Ueno station for Shinkansen is also 10 mins walk. Very centrally located this hotel is. "

"The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "
