"Staff went into my room when I was out the first night I was there some man was yelling and screaming for over 2 hours and the staff didn't do a thing about it and then he started again at 5.45am in the morning not a good stay"

"Room was clean and spacious; hotel is in a good location. Biggest problem is, the hotel is used by charities to house homeless people on a temporary basis so it can be somewhat noisy overnight. Can walk to supermarket, 200 metres, and the Dandenong market with fresh foods and clothes etc. Check in staff were fast and helpful."

"extra charge for parking onsite after arrival . remote for tv had no rear cover so had to firmly hold battery in place or didnt work . toilet seat was melted and rough . Soap dispenser was on floor of shower not on wall it had been broken off before my arrival . staff were rarely in reception during times advertised so very hard to ask for fixes . I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN ibis had been a fair place to stay previously in nsw vic ( dandenong) but not anymore after this eye opener . IBIS has failed ."

"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom only. It was very hot during our stay, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The hotel was advertised as having off-street parking, but it was an extra fee and there was non available anyway. Street parking was paid parking and for an hour period at a time only (unless you pay a day rate in a nearby building), which made it difficult for our sporting event and going back to the hotel. There was limited utensils in the kitchen for cooking and the dishwasher didn't work, which would explain why the limited utensils were dirty at the start. There was no tea towel, washing liquid, toaster, sharp knife etc., which made it harder. . There was a funky smell in the hotel building. If you enjoy cultural dining, there is some great local food places. Just be careful walking around at night, as it does not feel like the safest place to be in. "
