"This is a lovely hotel in a good position for Tube access. Rooms very modern and clean. However only two plug sockets, not ideal when charging phones and other gadgets need plugging in. No kettle in room although you could go down to the restaurant in a morning and get hot water, not ideal though when you just want a brew and have to get dressed to get one. Need to be tech savy as all controls in room work off an ipad and limited tv channels available. There was an option to connect to own device but this did not work. If staying at a weekend there is no cleaning service on a Saturday."

"Great location nearby Paddington Station, with lovely staff. The free breakfast; eggs, bacon, toast and cereal, was great too. The room was a little smaller than expected and it's an adjustment not having a bathroom in the room, however we knew what we signed up for. It's a quaint little place, there was always a bathroom available and the staff was nothing but helpful and kind. If you're in London, looking for an affordable option in a great location, I can recommend this one. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Clean stylish room with comfortable bed. Good functional layout. Toilet - not so much. The toilet is just a glass door separation. If you are sharing a room, either you are very familiar or will get to be. Shower - water gets out no matter how careful we are Buffet breakfast- good selection with wonderful coffee stations Staff are friendly and helpful"

"The staff were super helpful, thorough, and courteous! Loved the location as we could walk to shopping, restaurants, Chinatown and other attractions! The room was clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs for the outside noise but we didn’t need them. I will mist definitely stay again and highly recommend it!!"
