My room wasn't ready on time and I felt like the gentleman that was checking me in showed no since of urgency. He just said have a seat and I'll let you know. After sitting for about 30 minutes with no follow up from him, I went back to the front desk and my room still wasn't ready. I think decided to go next door to Taco Taco and have a drink. Honestly, I feel like the drinks and an appetizer should have been on the house. Also, they need to stop advertising the free airport transportation, as this is no longer a perk for staying with this hotel group. "

"The place is nice. The pool area is nice. We felt like it nickled and dimed you for everything. If you wanted a pool lounge chair closest to fence to be able to look out while by the pool, you had to pay to rent it. These should have bee included. There were lounge chairs in front of the resort, on the beach, that also had to be rented. The place next door provided those for their guest. With my family of 4, we would have paid $ 60a day to sit by the beach or at the pool looking out at the beach. The cost of the hotel is not worth the price for what you get. The drinks were ridiculously expensive at the hotel bar and pool bar, 2 drinks $40. "
