"Would have been nice to have instructions ref heating/ cooling. Was very hot . Had to open all doors to keep cool. Lake view good and balcony in shade all day. Tea & coffee would have been nice or comment that Not provided . Didn’t find washing up stuff inside tea towel til leaving."

"Great location with awesome coastal views (although you will pay a higher room rate for that view), but a car is essential if you want to explore other parts of Cornwall during your stay. Apart from a room service pizza one evening, we opted not to eat in the hotel as we like to eat out, and there are a couple of decent pubs in the village which offer plenty of choices. Overall, a great few days break."

"The hotel was comfortable and clean, the parking was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and chatty they went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The on-site restaurant was lovely, the food was excellent. Location was ideal, near to all the attractions. We found the local pub next door’s very friendly."
