"Check in via Computer with remote human. Even with human sitting at desk 2 feet away. He said nothing ask he got up and left the space. Pool dirty. No towels. Smoke alarm battery started beeping at 9am. Was told maintenance didn’t arrive until noon. Had to go back and ask for batteries to change them myself. "

"I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. The employees were super nice. My only regret is I did not have more time to explore the area. I will always look for Westin hotels while traveling"
