"I made reservations for this place a week before boys tournament and when I got there. They said my name wasn’t in the system and then said they tried calling me. I told them only Calls that I received had been spam and never left message just only said help on voicemail and they said yes that was us if you have a iPhone that’s what it does. Then said they left me a voicemail. Well when I looked at my phone they did call at 7:45 that morning and left a voicemail saying they didn’t have availability and they were cancelling my room and I traveled 2hrs 1/2 with my children to not have a room then go around looking for a room because we were there for tournaments. My problem if you called me before hand why not leave a voicemail like you did the day you knew I was coming up. "

"Clean room. Big, new TV. All renovated. Lots of hot water. Soft bed. I didn't have breakfast as they were renovating the area, but the new look was really sharp."

"This place is NOT clean. It seems very old and not cared for. We didn't want to touch anything in the room. The doors rattled and several times someone tried to open our door. We only stayed because we were desperate. It was scary! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"Elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs. We didn’t know that at booking or we probably would have selected another hotel. Also our bed dipped down in the middle when laying on it. "

"The area felt safe and rhe property was well-lit. There were coffee shops, restaurants, and convenient gas and shopping nearby. The safe was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasted great. The beds were small and a little hard for our taste. I also would've appreciated complimentary conditioner along with the shampoo. Overall, I would recommend staying here."
